Pay Rate:

$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional service over the phone and in person Enter customer orders and maintain accurate inventory records Assist customers in the retail showroom with product information and purchases Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment Stock incoming inventory and help keep products organized Work across multiple areas of the business, contributing wherever needed Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work comfortably in both an office setting and light warehouse/shipping environment A team player who enjoys variety and takes pride in providing excellent customer service Other related experience: Parts Counter Associate, Warehouse Worker, Retail Manager, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, and similar #indpb
