Verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory audits. Utilize ERP systems and warehouse software to process inventory transactions. Coordinate shipments and select appropriate carriers to meet customer requirements. Organize warehouse inventory and ensure efficient material flow. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Load and unload materials while maintaining safety standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout warehouse operations. Desired Qualifications 5+ years of Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse, or Inventory Control experience. Strong experience with cycle counting and inventory management. Previous experience using ERP systems (Epicor experience is highly preferred). Experience coordinating shipments, freight carriers, and logistics operations. Strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
