Job Description

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing parts, materials, and supplies to support our Ford location. This role ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and proper documentation, working closely with technicians, estimators, and vendors. Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts and materials. Process and prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and core parts. Maintain organized parts storage areas and update inventory systems. Label, distribute, and track parts to appropriate repair jobs. Communicate with management regarding delivery discrepancies or damaged items Work with estimators and technicians to ensure parts accuracy and availability Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES
