Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Warehouse/Operations Manager to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate logistics, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory experience, operational expertise, and a passion for optimizing supply chain efficiency to support our continued growth. Duties Directly supervise and coordinate employees in the Warehouse/Distribution Department in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws in a timely and efficient manner, to include: Process sales orders and returns and maintain supporting documentation. Maintain proper stock levels of all merchandise based upon sales activity. Perform physical inventory of all warehouse supplies, fixtures, and merchandise. Oversee all aspects of delivery and merchandising and their relationship to operations, sales, and customer service. Routinely inspect accounts and communicate with store/department managers to ensure proper servicing by delivery and merchandising staff. Inspect and maintain company vehicles and related equipment for safety and cleanliness. Promote a positive, efficient and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
