Warehouse Manager:
Manages all warehouse purchases and maintains appropriate inventory levels to support the needs of each LOB serviced. Actively pursues all inventory related goals as outlined in the Warehouse Operations Standard Operation Procedure (SOP). Achieves financial objectives by analyzing variances in a timely manner; initiating corrective actions; scheduling/monitoring expenditures; controlling labor costs. Maintains warehouse in a safe and clean manner as outlined in the Warehouse Audit SOP; ensures that the warehouse is always in a state to pass any internal and/or external inspection/audit. Controls employee scheduling so that employees are allowed their requested days off, and the operation has enough labor each day for service obligations; when necessary, performs activities of workers supervised. Maintains physical condition of all warehouse equipment including, but not limited to, handhelds, computers, racking, carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. You'll Be a Great Fit if

General Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis. Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check. Must be able to consent to a drug screen. Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines. 2 years of warehouse management
