Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager and Delivery Driver to lead our distribution operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless coordination of inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize supply chain workflows, and foster a safety-conscious environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, expert knowledge of warehouse management systems, and a passion for continuous improvement to support our company's growth and operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and dispatching to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement process improvements utilizing and continuous improvement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce waste. Oversee procurement activities, purchasing, and materials management to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling costs through effective budgeting and supply chain analytics. Monitor inventory control, demand planning, production scheduling, and supply chain performance metrics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by maintaining a safe working environment; supervise forklift operation and other warehouse equipment use. Drive a company truck, delivering product(s) in a safe manner. Skills Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies land continuous improvement practices to enhance operational workflows. Skilled in transportation planning, freight management, dispatching, and fleet management ensure timely delivery. Hands-on experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment; familiarity with safety protocols is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in fast-paced warehouse environments; excellent communication skills for team development and cross-functional collaboration.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
