Job Description
Warehouse Manager / Team Lead We are a growing eCommerce company in Little Rock looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Manager / Team Lead to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations. This is not a position where you simply supervise from an office. You will work alongside the team, keep production moving, solve problems, and make sure the warehouse operates efficiently each day. Our goal is to find someone who can eventually take ownership of the warehouse so the business owner does not need to manage daily production. What You'll Do Lead and manage a small warehouse team Assign daily work and keep employees productive throughout the day Monitor production and hold employees accountable to performance expectations Work alongside the team when needed Receive and organize incoming inventory Oversee product prep, labeling, packing, and outbound shipments Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse Track employee hours, attendance, and daily production Use spreadsheets and our internal software to manage inventory and workflow Communicate problems quickly and take ownership of getting them resolved Continuously look for ways to make the warehouse faster and more efficient What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable leading people, and willing to take ownership. You should be able to walk into the warehouse each morning, understand what needs to get done, organize the team, and make sure it happens. Requirements Previous experience supervising or managing employees Warehouse, fulfillment, production, or similar operations experience Strong attendance and reliability Comfortable holding employees accountable Intermediate to Advanced computer skills Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets Able to learn new software quickly Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to be hands-on and work alongside the team Amazon or eCommerce warehouse experience is helpful but not required . We can teach our specific processes. We are more interested in finding someone with strong leadership skills, good judgment, computer competency, and a strong work ethic. What Success Looks Like The right person will eventually be able to run the warehouse without constant direction from the owner . You'll know what needs to be completed, keep the team on pace, address problems as they happen, and make sure inventory moves through the warehouse accurately and efficiently. This is a long-term position with room to grow for someone who performs well and takes ownership.
