Job Description

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Warehouse Manager leads warehousing, inventory, and distribution to ensure the timely, cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods. The role supports plant and group objectives, collaborates across the supply chain, and drives service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations. Safety & Compliance Ensure a safe environment in the warehouse, SFX, and Dunnage areas for all employees, contractors, and visitors Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to uphold safety standards Train personnel in safe and efficient performance of duties Promote a strong work culture aligned with VMVO and plant guidelines Operations & Inventory Management Oversee raw material and finished goods cycle counts and manage annual physical inventory Apply APICS tools to optimize inventory levels, warehouse layout, and material handling Maintain clean and organized workspaces through 5S implementation Adjust operations to meet customer requirements and dynamic business conditions Continuous Improvement & Customer Service Drive customer service index improvement towards >99.9% using CTG tools Lead the Customer Service pillar and Warehouse cost deployment initiatives Conduct cost deployment workshops and update the pillar board monthly Investigate customer complaints and recommend corrective actions Leadership & Accountability Develop and sustain world-class warehousing processes aligned with business needs Propose systems and equipment to support performance improvements Prepare, track, and manage departmental budget
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Five plus years of warehouse experience is required. Three plus years of supervisory experience is required. Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly; determine the appropriate approach; plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate activities; and communicate progress and results effectively. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; SPC; Kaizen and Root Cause Analysis are strongly preferred. SAP & Microsoft Office experience is required.
