Van Buren, AR, 72956 Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Parts Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parts warehouse in Van Buren, AR. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure efficient warehouse performance. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and distributing parts. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipment coordination. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards. Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency. Ensure cores are returned in a timely manner. Track core returns and parts returns. Skills & Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in warehouse management or parts inventory preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
