The Warehouse Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to warehouse and regional leadership. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated professional who is comfortable interacting with leadership and driving culture. This role is 100% in office and supports our three Phoenix-area (Glendale) warehouses.Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance. Develops detailed understanding of the needs of the business to act as a liaison between leadership and operations. Coordinates temporary workers. Coordinates internal resources and vendors for the efficient execution of tasks/projects. Develops a detailed project plan to track tasks/progress. Serves as a point of contact for teams under the management of the Regional VP. Arranges travel and accommodations as needed. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and scheduling routine/emergency maintenance. Performs additional duties as assigned by executives. Aligns with Human Resources to champion culture and maintain employee engagement. Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Solutions-oriented with proven decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.Education and Experience:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. At least four years of related experience required. Experience in logistics and supply chain solutions a plus.Physical Requirements:
