This role provides leadership and direction to warehouse associates, ensures operational goals are met, maintains productivity and quality standards, and supports a safe and efficient distribution environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise warehouse associates within the Dry Department, Receiving, and office clerk functions. Assign daily work responsibilities, coordinate employee schedules, manage break periods, and oversee vacation scheduling to ensure operational coverage. Conduct employee performance evaluations in accordance with established Human Resources policies and procedures. Train, coach, and support warehouse associates and fellow supervisors regarding warehouse policies, departmental procedures, and job responsibilities. Address customer concerns and complaints by reviewing discrepancy reports, identifying root causes, and implementing effective resolutions to maintain strong customer relationships. Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure quality standards, productivity goals, and operational expectations are consistently achieved. Communicate company goals, performance expectations, and process updates effectively to all team members. Maintain flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs. Minimum Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees. Self-directed and proactive approach with the ability to implement and oversee warehouse processes and data entry programs as assigned by management. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college-level management coursework preferred. Minimum of two years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably within the wholesale or distribution industry. Experience leading warehouse teams and managing daily operational activities preferred. Computer Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Strong Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge and data entry capabilities. Ability to learn and utilize company-specific systems and technology.
