This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and knows how to keep a warehouse running smoothly — from the stockroom to the sales floor. What You'll Do Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and daily task oversight Serve as a key point of contact for wholesale buyers, ensuring strong customer service and smooth transactions Manage receiving and purchasing coordination, including working with vendors on orders and deliveries Oversee inventory and stock management to maintain accuracy and minimize shrinkage Prepare and review reports for vendors, state compliance (including tax reporting), and internal operations, primarily using Excel Help enforce operational standards and support day-to-day decision-making in the manager's absence What We're Looking For 3+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in a warehouse, wholesale, or retail distribution setting Basic to intermediate Excel skills (comfortable building and reading spreadsheets, formulas, and reports) Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities at once Experience with inventory systems and vendor/purchasing processes Ability to read and prepare accurate reports, including compliance-related documentation Clear communicator who can lead a team and interact professionally with business customers Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable in a physical warehouse environment Experience using NetSuite or other ERP systems a plus Details Full-time position, standard weekday hours Hourly pay, based on experience
