Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of warehouse distribution, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff and supervisors, fostering a positive environment focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Manage onsite food truck Coordinate logistics activities with providers to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent discrepancies through effective inventory control practices. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among all team members. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse workflows, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency. Manage shipping & receiving operations ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Operate forklifts safely for heavy lifting tasks and materials handling while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support emergency response efforts, distribution strategies, and continuous operational enhancements. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse distribution processes. Valid forklift certification with mechanical knowledge for heavy lifting operations. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and best practices for workplace safety. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through team management skills and strong communication abilities. Experience working with providers, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts. Ability to implement process improvements that streamline operations and improve accuracy. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process documentation.
