Customer Service ManagerPosition OverviewThe Customer Service Manager will oversee the customer service team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to our clients. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining order fulfillment processes, and optimizing communication between production and logistics departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the customer service team to ensure efficient support and issue resolution.

Oversee the processing of purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment of client requests.

Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to align customer needs with operational capabilities.

Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and fostering positive interactions.

Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any shipping issues that arise.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field, preferred but not necessary.

Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role.

Strong understanding of purchase orders, fulfillment, production, and logistics processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve customer service operations.
