Job Description
We are a secondary wholesale pharmaceutical distributor supplying independent pharmacies and hospital customers with pharmaceutical drugs. This role starts part-time as we ramp up and is expected to grow into a full-time position as our volume increases. It's a hands-on role for someone who wants to shape how a distribution operation runs, not just maintain one someone else built. What You'll Do Run daily warehouse operations — receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns — with same-day receiving and fulfillment as the standard Manage inventory accuracy, expiration dating (FEFO), cycle counts, and quarterly inventory Own DSCSA and serialization compliance: verify product identifiers and transaction data, handle saleable returns, and keep serialized (EPCIS) data flowing correctly Keep the facility inspection-ready and compliant with FDA and state Board of Pharmacy requirements Maintain proper storage conditions, including cold-chain handling and temperature monitoring Handle suspect or illegitimate product, quarantines, and recalls per SOP Manage carriers and control shipping costs (FedEx, UPS, USPS) Track KPIs (on-time shipments, order accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns) and report to leadership Help build SOPs and train warehouse staff as the team grows What We're Looking For Warehouse or distribution operations experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical or other regulated or wholesale environment Working knowledge of DSCSA, FDA, and state pharmacy requirements Experience with an ERP or WMS (NetSuite preferred) and barcode/serialization scanning Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping Comfortable being on the floor daily and lifting up to 50 pounds Nice to Have Prior experience at a wholesale drug distributor or 3PL Supervisory experience Details On-site in Burbank, CA. Part-time to start, Monday through Friday, with the expectation that this becomes a full-time position as the business grows.
