About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to drive business growth across our PC distribution, gaming, and server solutions business throughout North America. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding relationships with key distributors, resellers, OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT hardware sales and experience selling products such as memory, SSDs, storage, or server components. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth across PC distribution, gaming, and server product lines throughout North America. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, OEMs, system integrators, enterprise customers, and key gaming accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic account planning, prospecting, and lead generation. Present and promote memory, SSD, storage, and server solutions to customers at all organizational levels, including executive leadership. Lead contract negotiations, manage complex sales cycles, and successfully close business opportunities. Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Provide regular updates to management on pipeline status, sales performance, and market insights. Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure customer success. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of sales experience in PC distribution, IT hardware, storage, memory, or server-related products. Experience selling to distributors, OEMs, system integrators, or enterprise customers is highly preferred. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of memory, SSD, storage, and server products. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong business development and solution-selling capabilities. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Willingness to travel within North America as needed. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience in gaming hardware, PC components, or consumer electronics. Existing relationships with distributors, resellers, OEMs, or enterprise IT customers in North America. Familiarity with the North American IT hardware distribution market. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
