Job Description
Overview We are a growing Consumer Electronics manufacturer and distributor, the main business is warehouse management and RMA returned items rework. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Bilingual (Chinese and English) are required. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Lead and manage warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team. Coordinate logistics for warehouse distribution, ensuring timely delivery and efficient materials handling. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Manage forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining equipment maintenance schedules. Oversee shipping & receiving activities, including documentation accuracy and adherence to 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) requirements. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements Experience Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager with strong leadership skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Extensive knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and materials handling processes. Valid forklift certification with experience operating heavy machinery safely. Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in warehousing operations. Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues related to forklifts or other warehouse machinery. Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL providers is highly desirable. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
