Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of warehouse activities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory management, logistics, distribution, and process improvements to ensure seamless operations that support our supply chain efficiency. Your leadership will drive excellence in warehouse management systems, transportation planning, and freight handling, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact the entire supply chain ecosystem while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipping Manage high-volume e-commerce fulfillment workflows Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation Maintain compliance with TSA cargo screening, CBP regulations, and OSHA standards Coordinate with domestic and international carriers for on-time dispatch Monitor and improve KPIs (order accuracy, productivity, cost-per-order, inventory turnover) Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment Ensure accurate use of WMS and barcode scanning systems Qualifications Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (Preferred) 5+ years of warehouse management experience Experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, or e-commerce fulfillment Working knowledge of TSA and CBP regulations (preferred) Strong experience with WMS and Microsoft Excel Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on the warehouse floor Forklift certification (preferred) High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Benefits 401(k) with company match (fully vested) Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
