Job Description

Position Overview Factory Entertainment is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to help oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations in a fast-paced collectibles and eCommerce environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technologically proficient, collaborative, and capable of managing warehouse workflows while supporting and leading a small fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse management or supervisory experience, strong operational awareness, and the ability to improve processes and efficiency while maintaining accuracy and accountability across shipping and fulfillment operations. This is a working management role that requires both leadership and direct day-to-day involvement in warehouse operations. Responsibilities Physically pick, pull, pack, and process customer and wholesale orders daily Assist in managing daily warehouse and fulfillment operations Lead and support a small warehouse team in a collaborative, hands-on environment Oversee fulfillment of hundreds of direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders during peak periods Help ensure order accuracy, organization, and on-time shipment processing Create, print, and disseminate shipping labels and documentation Understand and implement wholesale customer routing guides and requirements to avoid labeling, timeliness and other penalties/chargebacks Assist in developing and implementing streamlined warehouse and fulfillment processes Maintain inventory organization and assist with inventory control procedures Help enforce workflow standards, accountability, and operational consistency Coordinate with internal departments to resolve fulfillment and shipping issues efficiently Support warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational best practices Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage and monitor international shipments Assist with receiving, storage, and movement of inventory Qualifications Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Technologically proficient and comfortable learning operational systems and software Experience with shipping platforms, inventory systems, or fulfillment software preferred Familiarity with eCommerce fulfillment operations is a strong plus Experience managing or supervising warehouse personnel Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to help create structure, improve efficiency, and streamline operational processes Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is required Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move boxes and products weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment with repetitive physical activity Preferred Candidate Traits Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented Comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities and managing day-to-day warehouse operations Collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and manage a small team Process-minded with a focus on operational improvement and efficiency Able to balance hands-on warehouse work with supervisory responsibilities Benefits Health benefits available Paid time off and company holidays Compensation $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications About Factory Entertainment Factory Entertainment is a producer of high-end licensed collectibles, prop replicas, and figures from some of the world's most recognizable film, television, gaming, and pop culture properties.
