We are committed to providing high-quality, efficient, and reliable manufacturing solutions to our customers. , About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in our supplement co-packing facility. This role is responsible for managing receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, staging, and shipping activities while ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, food safety, and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate has warehouse management experience in a manufacturing, food, supplement, nutraceutical, or regulated production environment. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, team leadership, and the ability to support accurate material flow for production and customer delivery schedules Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory and Storage Management Manage and control inventory of raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods. Maintain accurate lot tracking, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and ERP system updates. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure accuracy. Ensure all warehouse items are properly labeled with lot number, expiration date, and QA status. Optimize warehouse layout for safety, efficiency, and space utilization. 2. Receiving and Shipping Operations Oversee receiving of incoming materials and verification against purchase orders. Coordinate with QA/QC for incoming inspection and material release. Manage outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy of quantities, labeling, and documentation. Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries. 3. Compliance and Documentation Ensure all warehouse practices comply with GMP, FDA, and organic certification requirements. Maintain and update warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure warehouse cleanliness, temperature/humidity control, pest management, and sanitation logs are properly maintained. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and traceability records. 4. Personal Management Supervise warehouse leads, forklift drivers, and material handlers. Provide training on SOPs, safety practices, and GMP requirements. Schedule and assign daily warehouse tasks and monitor performance. Foster a positive, safety-focused, and efficient team culture. 5. Equipment and Facility Management Oversee maintenance and safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, and other warehouse equipment. Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and calibration of equipment. Maintain warehouse organization 6. Coordination and Communication Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments to ensure timely material supply. Communicate material shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly. Support production planning by ensuring material readiness and staging accuracy. 7. Report and Continuous Improvement Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs): inventory accuracy, shipping accuracy, on-time performance, and space utilization. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost control. Required Qualifications 1-3+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing, food, supplement, nutraceutical, or other regulated production environments. Experience with inventory control, receiving, shipping, lot tracking, material staging, and warehouse documentation. Basic understanding of cGMP, food safety standards, or 21 CFR Part 111 preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and recordkeeping skills. Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and documentation requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good communication skills and ability to work with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Planning teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift/move materials as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in supplement, food, nutraceutical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Experience with ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems. Forklift experience or forklift certification. Prior experience supervising warehouse staff. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred but not required. Overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Pay:
