About Us:
TSF Solutions Inc. operates a 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Eastvale, California, providing warehousing, drop-ship fulfillment, returns processing, and after-sales repair services.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee daily warehouse operations, staffing, inventory control, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory, on-time order fulfillment, efficient warehouse operations, and consistent execution of company procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Warehouse Operations Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, ocean container unloading, scanning, put-away, order picking, outbound scanning, and shipping.

Coordinate empty-container returns and ensure inbound and outbound processes are completed accurately and on schedule.

Optimize warehouse space, labor allocation, and workflow to improve operational efficiency while controlling costs. 2. Inventory & Data ManagementManage daily inventory verification and periodic physical inventory counts.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure physical inventory, system records, and documentation remain accurate and consistent.

Prepare accurate and timely inventory and warehouse operations reports. 3. Team & Floor ManagementManage employee assignments, scheduling, training, and performance follow-up.

Ensure employees follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), workplace safety requirements, and warehouse organization standards.

Identify and eliminate potential safety risks and continuously improve overall warehouse safety and operational discipline. 4. Logistics & Customer CoordinationCoordinate with customers, carriers, and internal business teams regarding shipments and transportation arrangements.

Track delivery progress and promptly resolve shipping issues, including incorrect shipments, shortages, delays, and freight damage. 5. Returns & After-Sales OperationsOversee the receiving, sorting, inspection, repair, and disposition of returned products, including restocking or returning products to customers/vendors as required.

Monitor turnaround times and product status to ensure all records are complete, accurate, and traceable.
Qualifications:
1. Education & LanguageAssociate degree or higher, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to independently write professional business emails, work instructions, and operational reports. 2. Warehouse Management ExperienceMinimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in the U.S., with demonstrated ability to independently lead a team, manage daily operations, and achieve operational goals. 3. Warehouse & Logistics KnowledgeStrong knowledge of warehousing, drop-ship fulfillment, and U.S. domestic distribution processes.

Familiarity with parcel carriers, LTL/FTL transportation, and retailer order fulfillment requirements. 4. Systems & Computer SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, email, WMS and/or ERP systems.

Able to independently perform inventory research, data reconciliation, operational analysis, and report preparation. 5. Communication & Problem-SolvingStrong communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams, customers, and logistics providers.

Able to identify the root cause of operational issues, develop practical solutions, and follow through until resolution. 6. Accountability & ExecutionHighly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong staff coordination and time-management skills.

Able to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and respond effectively during peak periods or unexpected operational issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with one or more of the following:

Experience managing a team of 10+ employees or a warehouse of 50,000+ sq. ft.

Experience fulfilling and shipping orders for major retailers such as Best Buy, Target, BJ's, or similar accountsFamiliarity with EDI, retailer routing guides, delivery appointments, packaging, labeling, and compliance requirementsExperience managing returns, RMA, product inspection, or after-sales repair operations How to
