Warehouse Manager (Bilingual)

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy, precision, and a focus on continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily logistics, inventory management, and team supervision to ensure seamless supply chain flow. Your expertise in process optimization and operations management will drive efficiency, safety, and productivity across all warehouse functions. Monday- Friday 8:00am (Start Time) Over time required based on Volume and Operational needs. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards Oversee inventory control, including accurate tracking, cycle counting, and reconciliation using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms Manage shipping & receiving processes, coordinating freight movements with carriers, 3PL providers, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and freight forwarders Implement process improvements utilizing Lean methodologies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency Develop and monitor budgets related to warehouse operations, procurement, and transportation planning Coordinate demand planning and production scheduling to meet customer requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) for effective fleet management, dispatching, and transportation planning Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain activities through data analysis and supply chain analytics tools Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies in all warehouse activities Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of supply chain management principles including inventory management, procurement, logistics, and warehouse distribution Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms, and supply chain analytics tools Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding (including NVOCC), dispatching, fleet management, and shipping & receiving procedures Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or continuous improvement strategies Familiarity with budgeting, demand planning, production planning, procurement processes, and materials management Ability to communicate fluently in both English and the second language required for the role to facilitate effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement Valid forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Join us as a Warehouse Manager (Bilingual) to lead our logistics operations with energy and expertise.
