This role is vital in overseeing the storage, distribution, and inventory management of cabinet products, ensuring seamless coordination across all supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse supervision, logistics, and supply chain management, with a passion for process improvement and continuous growth. Duties Manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and delivery schedules. Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with suppliers, carriers, and customers. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize efficiency and space utilization. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred. 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably in cabinetry, construction materials, manufacturing, or building products. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations. Experience operating or supervising the use of forklifts and warehouse equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment. Willing to learn!
