Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The duties of this position are those described below. This job description does not state nor imply that the duties listed are the only duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. During periods of absence, the Export & Distribution Manager fills in for the Warehouse Assistant Manager. 1. Daily review of documents on all shipments of product. 2. Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisors all the necessary documentation and information regarding the Warehouse operation. 3. Reconcile with the Production Department on a daily basis. 4. Reconcile with Accounts Receivable all Sales on a daily basis. 5. Provide and Maintain an Inventory of Supplies needed for the operation of the Warehouse. 6. Prepare and submit to the Plant Superintendent or Production Manager weekly packing requirements of products. 7. Coordinate customer shipments with the Export & Distribution Manager. 8. Processes all export shipments and documentation for regulatory agencies and maintains/provides international and domestic customer assistance. 9. Assist the Traffic Clerk and Transportation departments as needed. 10. Provide the Export & Distribution Manager with all of the necessary information regarding all shipments of product. 11. Assist or substitute for the Export & Distribution Manager as necessary. 12. Resolves Customer complaints as related to the Warehouse. 13. Review and control the Warehouse Department budget. 14. Maintain daily perpetual inventory and prepare daily reports. Also prepares month-end closing reports. 15. Supervise overall operation. 16. Regular and timely attendance is a job requirement of all employees.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
