You'll be the one owning the daily hustle. Do you have what it takes? Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese Bachelor's Degree required 3+ years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience managing teams and resolving employee conflicts Experience with workforce planning and labor budget management Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Develop and improve inventory control, shipping, and receiving procedures Coordinate with the China-based operations team to ensure accurate data flow and smooth logistics processes Monitor order fulfillment and logistics scheduling to ensure timely delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Supervise forklift operations and enforce safety protocols Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and payroll budgeting Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts while maintaining a positive team culture Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges Analyze operational data and present process improvement initiatives to leadership We don't just talk the talk.
