Thursday - Monday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Array is seeking a Distributed Onsite Delivery Manager ! The Distributed Onsite Delivery Manager oversees the daily operations of two rental car locations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role focuses heavily on building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns proactively, communicating performance updates, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met. In addition to managing customer and client interactions, the Distributed Onsite Delivery Manager supervises staff, coordinates vehicle inventory and availability, monitors operational performance, ensures safety and compliance standards are followed, and resolves service issues. They work closely with clients, employees, and business partners to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall business objectives. Job Description Oversee daily onsite operations and support employee performance at the client location. Maintain strong business relationships and serve as a key point of contact for clients. Assist with team scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage planning. Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of onsite team members. Review operational data and reports to identify trends and improve efficiency. Position Requirements Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Proficient in various computer software, with strong skills in MS Word and Excel. Capable of efficiently resolving problems and finding solutions. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and achieve objectives without supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business correspondence and email communication. Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and clients. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
