Warehouse Manager - Patterson, CA About DNA Logistix DNA Logistix is a growing logistics and warehouse operations company specializing in customized 3PL solutions, workforce management, inventory control, and transportation operations. We are committed to operational excellence, safety, and building strong teams that deliver exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead and develop the onsite team, and ensure productivity, safety, accuracy, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires a strong, hands-on leader who can manage people, solve operational challenges, and build effective partnerships with both internal teams and clients.

Open to discussion based on operational needs Job Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage warehouse associates to achieve productivity and performance goals. Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, putaway, picking, staging, loading, and order fulfillment. Monitor operational performance and address issues in real time. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity. Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and staffing needs. Train and develop team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Partner with clients and internal leadership to address operational needs and resolve issues. Support inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies, damaged, or missing products. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and proper equipment usage. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce development as needed. Requirements 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience. 3+ year of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience managing and developing warehouse teams. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and productivity standards. Experience with WMS systems and RF scanners preferred. 3PL or client-site experience is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment. Forklift certification or ability to become certified. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
