Project Manager II

Robert Half is seeking a Project Manager II / Scrum Master to support the Salesforce build and delivery team. This role operates in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, managing three concurrent Salesforce releases at any given time. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, tight planning, strong data analysis, and the ability to provide clear visibility across complex, parallel efforts.

Team & EnvironmentDedicated Scrum Team of 4-5 Salesforce Developers, QA, BA, and BSAHighly process-driven and data-focused delivery modelMultiple workstreams and releases running simultaneouslyTight timelines with frequent change and shifting prioritiesWhat You'll DoSalesforce Delivery & Release ManagementPlan, manage, and execute multiple concurrent Salesforce releasesCreate detailed release and sprint plans spanning multiple epics and workstreamsTrack scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks with precision and transparencyEnsure work is well-defined up front by partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teamsScrum LeadershipFacilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews/Demos, and RetrospectivesMaintain strong team cadence while balancing delivery pressure and sustainabilityAct as the central point of coordination across developers, QA, business partners, and leadershipCommunication & Visibility (Critical)Provide clear, consistent, and highly detailed communication on progress, risks, and dependenciesEnsure stakeholders have real‑time visibility into delivery status, timelines, and tradeoffsProactively surface issues and lead conversations around impact, mitigation options, and next stepsData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, capacity, LOE, risks) using JIRA, Domo, and other toolsTranslate data into clear insights, explaining what it means, why it matters, and how risks will be mitigatedProduce accurate status reporting for leadership with actionable recommendationsPlanning & Dependency ManagementIdentify, document, and actively manage cross-team and cross-release dependenciesBalance multiple priorities simultaneously in a highly dynamic environmentEnsure delivery plans account for capacity, complexity, and competing demands
