In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure the seamless flow of materials through our warehouse. Duties Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a motivated team dedicated to operational excellence Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, control, and reporting. Coordinate warehouse distribution activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and heavy lifting operations with mechanical knowledge of equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in logistics workflows and materials handling procedures Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Manage warehouse operations related to e-commerce fulfillment, including order picking, packing, and shipment scheduling Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent stock discrepancies and support inventory control initiatives Ensure a clean and organized warehouse Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. Extensive knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques Ability to operate forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks/ride on pallet jacks safely. Mechanical aptitude for understanding warehouse equipment and troubleshooting issues Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, training, and process improvement initiatives Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols within a warehouse environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation processes
