Duties Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Able to fully handle all aspects of warehouse operations. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement. Oversee inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and accountability. Coordinate logistics activities to optimize distribution center efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste. Operate heavy lifting equipment such as forklifts safely while adhering to OSHA standards and safety protocols. Manage shipping and receiving procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, audits, safety inspections, and incident reports. Communicate effectively with team members and senior management through managerial communication channels to report progress and resolve issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a distribution center environment. Label Printing and shipping estimates (domestic and international) Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management systems, and logistics operations. Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and heavy lifting tools. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through team leadership skills and managerial communication. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and best practices for materials handling and warehouse operations.
