We're looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Yard & Inventory Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory, fleet, and equipment while ensuring our construction, service, and maintenance teams have the materials they need to succeed. Responsibilities Manage inventory of pool equipment, plumbing materials, electrical supplies, chemicals, tools, and construction materials. Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming deliveries. Order chemicals, equipment, parts, and supplies while maintaining proper inventory levels. Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Prepare and stage materials for construction, repair, installation, and weekly maintenance crews. Ensure all service and construction vehicles are properly stocked with the parts, tools, and supplies needed for daily operations. Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe. Load and unload company vehicles as needed. Coordinate deliveries and supplier pickups.
Oversee company vehicles by:
Scheduling routine maintenance and repairs Monitoring cleanliness and organization Tracking registrations, insurance, and service intervals Reporting mechanical or safety concerns Manage company trailers, tools, and warehouse equipment. Coordinate with office staff, project managers, and field employees to ensure materials are available for scheduled work. Maintain chemical inventory and ensure all chemicals are stored safely and in compliance with regulations. Safely operate a forklift to move and organize materials. Perform other warehouse and yard duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, construction, or a related field preferred. Current Forklift Operator Certification is required. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer skills for inventory management and ordering.
