The Role You will be contributing to the company's plan by always looking for ways to improve technician efficiency by having the proper truck stock, limited warehouse stock outs, accurate inventory counts, and efficient part runner dispatching. You will ensure that we are able to accomplish our growth plans by having new vehicles onsite and ready for new staff as they come onboard. You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties. You will manage staff and drive them to maintain a safe and accountable workplace. What's In It For You? Continued educational opportunities to advance your career. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, purchasing, fleet, and warehouse staff. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, full physical inventories, truck stock audits, and ServiceTitan inventory management. Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, pricing negotiations, purchase orders, material receiving, returns, warranty claims, and buyback programs. Maintain accurate material pricing, truck stock layouts, asset tracking, and inventory accountability for technicians. Coordinate material staging, fulfillment, and deliveries for service calls and installation projects while supporting technicians with product sourcing. Lead and develop warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient daily operations, safety compliance, and exceptional internal customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while managing consumables, PPE, and conducting regular safety inspections and training. Continuously identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support overall operational excellence.
Requirements:
5+ years of warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or operations management experience, preferably in the residential trades. Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams and driving operational efficiency. Strong knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, logistics, fleet management, and warehouse operations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience negotiating vendor pricing and managing supplier relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
