As a member of the Fleet Operations team, you will be working to provide our customers & our partners with superior service through the nationwide acquisition and delivery of Motorlease vehicles.
Job Responsibilities :
Vehicle Acquisition Manage the process of vehicle purchases from dealer inventory nationwide, including price negotiations, coordinating payment, insurance, vehicle registration and delivery Maintain strong collaborative relationships with management and across all departments to provide acquisition consultation related to current market environment of available vehicles and best alternatives Present located vehicle build information and pricing breakdowns to Account Mangers for approval Prepare purchase orders and execute vehicle purchases with dealerships Provide Accounting any required information to process payments to dealerships for vehicles Maintain communication with dealerships and update clients with details of vehicle deliveries Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely follow-up, verifying that the client has received their vehicle and processing delivery transactions Ensure request turnaround time (process cycle time) is accomplished within established guidelines Deliver a consistent high-level of customer service to internal and external customers while developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendor partners Maintain an internal database of dealership and vendor accounts and contacts Vehicle Delivery Work with dealership personnel to coordinate the pickup or delivery of vehicles to customers and their employees Receive, document and communicate order status updates from dealerships and manufacturers to stakeholders Maintain vehicle delivery and return paperwork, as well as monthly reporting Work with internal staff to ensure the previous leased vehicle is scheduled for pick-up and disposal Coordinate and schedule delivery personnel Coordinate with dealers to facilitate temporary tags, titles and registrations as needed Team Work collaboratively with all cross-functional groups, including Management, Customer Experience, Business Development & Accounting Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings Various projects & assignments What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree preferred Strong negotiation and analytical ability Exceptional time management, communication, effective planning & organizational skills Management of multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work Demonstrate ownership & accountability Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers & vendors Capable of working individually in a fast-paced environment in addition to working well within a team Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
