WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Olive & Bettes | Greenwich, CT | Full-Time About Us Olive & Bettes is a thriving Greenwich, CT-based retail brand with a growing Shopify e-commerce presence and brick-and-mortar location. We're looking for a hands-on, organized Warehouse Manager to own our inventory and fulfillment operations as we continue to scale. The Role You'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations — ensuring product flows seamlessly from receiving through fulfillment, both for our online store and in-store replenishment. You'll oversee one warehouse associate and report directly to ownership.

Responsibilities Merchandise Receiving:

Inspect, process, and log all incoming inventory from vendors; verify against purchase orders and flag discrepancies

Shipping & Fulfillment:

Manage daily order fulfillment for Shopify orders and coordinate outbound logistics; ensure accuracy and timely dispatch

Inventory Management:

Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across e-commerce and retail channels; conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

Supplies Management:

Monitor and reorder warehouse and packing supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations

Team Oversight:

Supervise and support one warehouse associate; delegate tasks and maintain a productive, organized workspace

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement efficiencies in receiving, storage, and fulfillment workflows What We're Looking For 2-4+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management experience Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms a strong plus Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation, or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a small, fast-moving team Prior experience in retail or fashion/apparel a plus

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
