The Role:
This position oversees daily warehouse operationsincluding inventory management, staff training, and regulatory compliancewhile also executing delivery driver duties to transport goods safely and accurately. It requires a versatile professional capable of maintaining a secure, organized facility and ensuring seamless logistics from the warehouse to the delivery destination.
Schedule:
MondayFriday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business preferred.35 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.

Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and meeting performance targets. What Youll Be Doing Coordinate cycle and periodic inventory counts and verify results for review by the Warehouse Manager.

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure inventory.

Train new employees, assist with staff evaluations, and maintain up-to-date training records.

Ensure the warehouse meets all accreditation board and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with other department leaders to promote operational efficiency.

Execute delivery driver responsibilities, including loading company vehicles, safely navigating scheduled routes, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials.

Maintain accurate delivery logs and conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure fleet safety and reliability.
