Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily deliveries, schedules, routes, and delivery appointments. Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams. Track shipments, delivery status, ETAs, and resolve delays or issues. Maintain accurate delivery records, orders, invoices, and shipping documentation. Monitor delivery requests and ensure timely completion. Update spreadsheets, tracking systems, and operational reports. Assist with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and delivery confirmations. Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer service. Requirements Previous experience in delivery coordination, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
