Position Summary The Production / Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production and warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. This role leads production and warehouse team members, coordinates operational activities, manages inventory and material flow, and drives continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, supervise, and develop production and warehouse employees. Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Provide employee coaching, training, and performance management. Assist with hiring, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Production Operations Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery requirements. Ensure production work orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Monitor productivity, downtime, scrap, and other operational KPIs. Address production issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Warehouse & Inventory Management Manage inventory accuracy and material flow throughout the facility. Oversee shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading activities. Maintain organization and housekeeping standards in warehouse and production areas. Ensure inventory transactions and records are completed accurately. Quality, Safety & Compliance Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA requirements. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times. Physical Requirements Ability to safely navigate warehouse and production environments. Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing 25-60 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to work in varying warehouse and production conditions.

Vice President of Manufacturing Requirements:
3-5 years of leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment required. Experience within the building products industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
