In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire shipping and receiving process, ensuring seamless coordination across plant distribution, receiving and delivery of finished products. Your expertise will drive process improvements, optimize logistics and foster cross-functional communication to support our company's growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex logistics functions, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency Responsibilities Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities of finished products and material while ensuring accurate and timely delivery in coordination with the team. Manage delivery team through daily scheduling, materials handling, coordinating delivery routes to job sites Supervise forklift operations and manual handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met during materials movement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, production planning, logistics management, and vendor management to streamline order fulfillment processes. Maintain accurate documentation for shipping & receiving logs,nand delivery receipts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in plant distribution processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Skills Extensive experience in international freight and local shipping logistics Experience in route scheduling and confirmations using tracking software Demonstrated leadership in logistics management and leading small teams Experience using forklift and manual handling safety procedures. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across logistics management teams and customer service departments.
