As our company continues to expand, we are developing a dedicated e-commerce fulfillment division designed to support online retailers, Shopify stores, Amazon sellers, and other direct-to-consumer brands. We are seeking an experienced professional to help lead this initiative and build the operational systems necessary for long-term growth. Position Summary We are looking for an E-Commerce Fulfillment & Systems Manager to help bridge the gap between warehouse operations and technology. This position will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing the systems, software, and processes required to efficiently receive orders from online sales channels and fulfill them accurately through our warehouse network. The ideal candidate understands how inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping software, and e-commerce platforms work together to create a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of our e-commerce fulfillment capabilities Evaluate and implement software solutions for inventory, order management, and shipping Integrate warehouse systems with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, WooCommerce, and other platforms Create workflows that automate order processing and shipment tracking Manage inventory synchronization between sales channels and warehouse systems Coordinate with warehouse teams to improve picking, packing, and shipping efficiency Monitor fulfillment performance and identify opportunities for process improvement Troubleshoot system issues related to inventory, orders, and shipping integrations Work with software vendors and technology partners during implementation projects Develop SOPs and training procedures for fulfillment operations QualificationsRequired Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, supply chain technology, or 3PL management •must be willing to travel to PA as needed Working knowledge of Shopify and Amazon Seller Central Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience with shipping platforms and carrier integrations Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to communicate effectively with both operations and management teams Preferred Experience launching or managing fulfillment operations for online retailers Experience with systems such as ShipStation, Extensiv, Logiwa, Cin7, NetSuite, Magaya, or similar platforms Understanding of API integrations and software implementation projects Experience supporting multi-channel fulfillment operations Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse process optimization What We're Looking For We are not simply hiring a warehouse manager or an IT specialist. We are looking for someone who understands both technology and logistics and can help us build a scalable fulfillment operation capable of supporting growing e-commerce brands. This role will play a key part in helping LogisticsWorks expand into the rapidly growing e-commerce fulfillment market while ensuring that inventory, orders, shipping, and warehouse operations remain fully connected.
