Manage, train, and schedule shipping department personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and enforce safety compliance and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Order Accuracy & Timeliness:

Monitor picking, packing, and loading workflows to guarantee 100% order accuracy and on-time carrier departures.

Inventory & SKU Management:

Coordinate the storage, handling, and outbound flow of a complex catalog featuring various SKUs, maintaining tight inventory control.

Workload Coordination:

Balance daily shift assignments based on order volume, labor capacity, and carrier pickup schedules to prevent bottlenecks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Inventory, Customer Service, Procurement, and Transportation teams to resolve order discrepancies and streamline fulfillment.

Logistics & Freight:

Liaise with third-party carriers (LTL, FTL, parcel) to arrange pickups, manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, manifests), and track transport performance.
