Job Overview The Warehouse Shipping Manager (Night Shift) oversees all overnight shipping operations to ensure customer orders are accurately selected, staged, loaded, and dispatched on schedule. This position is responsible for leading the night warehouse team, coordinating with routing and warehouse leadership, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvements in productivity, safety, and shipping accuracy. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and leadership skills who can drive operational efficiency, maintain safety standards, and foster a high-performing team environment.

Thursday Shift:
Approximately 5:30 PM until all shipping operations are complete. Duties Supervise and manage all night shift shipping operations to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule. Monitor shipping productivity and labor efficiency while maintaining high quality standards. Ensure all outbound loads are properly staged, verified, loaded, and secured before departure. Coordinate daily shipping priorities with Routing, Transportation, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Management. Monitor workload throughout the shift and adjust staffing assignments to maximize efficiency. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and warehouse operating standards. Conduct regular safety observations and promote a culture of workplace safety. Lead shift meetings to communicate operational goals, productivity expectations, and safety reminders. Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes, workflow, and operational efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with other warehouse operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment. A background in safety knowledge, including OSHA requirements and emergency training is preferred. Knowledge of safety regulations, inventory control principles, and best practices in warehouse management. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Skills Strong leadership and team development skills.
