Warehouse Manager Fine Foods Distribution Hollywood, FL Job Details Full-time From $50,000 a year 18 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Microsoft Office E-commerce Warehouse management Distribution management QuickBooks Warehouse experience Full Job Description The ideal candidate will need to be exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse operation at any given time. Must have experience with different channels of distribution including e-commerce, small parcel, local and big box distribution. Ability to achieve inventory accuracy through proper receiving and shipping process and established checks and balances. Precision will be verified through weekly cycle count and bi-annual physical inventories. Coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ensuring we are delivering on time and accurate performance to our customers. Supervise all warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, storing, picking, shipping materials, returns and housekeeping. Financial and analytical capabilities to plan budgets, monitor inventory, assess data, and create report Maintains strict inventory control processes and standards. Ensures accurate and timely shipments and receipts. Enforces established safety guidelines; promotes a safe workplace. Maintains accurate records and metrics; audits as necessary. Performs quarterly and/or annual physical inventories; provides inventory reports. Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area. Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance. Performs other related duties as assigned by upper management. Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods. Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate through cycle counts. Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded. Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these. Skills and Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with QuickBooks Proficiency in warehouse management (3+ years) Great communicator and motivator Hours are
