Our network of distribution, fulfillment, fleet, furniture installation and professional teams work together in fun and safe environments to deliver state-of-the-art products, services, and expertise to our customers. What you'll be doing: Support and act as a central point of communication to the Staples Third Party Management Team, internal functional areas, and including external customers. Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers by researching and helping resolve delivery issues throughout the day as needed. Trouble-shoot, problem solve and provide consultation and documenting processes to ensure timely resolution of all customer issues are completed. Resolve customer issues such as, pick up's, deliveries, monitoring and maintaining urgent logs, shortage logs and damages report throughout the day; call on customers as needed. What you bring to the table: Ability to work on a computer using Windows including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and ability to learn/understand WMS systems. Ability to adopt our safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations. Highly motivated with an aptitude to learn new projects, processes and procedures. A focus on client satisfaction and time management. As a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need. What's needed-
Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old 1+ years of basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications) What's needed-Preferred Qualifications:
