Single-client | Multi-building distribution site Job Summary We are hiring a Warehouse General Manager to lead inbound operations across a multi-building 3PL warehouse supporting a dedicated customer account. This role oversees receiving, dock flow, putaway, and inventory accuracy while managing supervisors and warehouse associates in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on site leadership role ideal for someone experienced in inbound logistics, team supervision, and customer-facing operations. Responsibilities Lead daily receiving, staging, and putaway operations across multiple warehouse buildings Coordinate dock scheduling and inbound freight flow Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time to meet customer SLAs Supervise supervisors and warehouse associates (30+ employees) Maintain strong inventory accuracy and location control Serve as primary operational contact for the customer Monitor KPIs including dock-to-stock time, productivity, and throughput Support hiring, scheduling, and workforce planning Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety standards Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency Requirements 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience Experience managing supervisors or team leads Strong inbound / receiving operations background Inventory control experience WMS experience required Ability to manage operations across multiple buildings
