In Person Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager / Assistant Manager to support our electrical construction and field operations. This role is responsible for managing warehouse activities, purchasing materials, coordinating inventory, and ensuring field crews receive the right materials on time to keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in handling construction or electrical materials in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse and material storage areas Track inventory levels and perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy Receive, inspect, store, stage, and ship construction materials, tools, and equipment Purchase materials based on project schedules and field needs Place purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries Obtain quotes from a minimum of three vendors when required Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, purchases, and deliveries Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and job sites to plan material needs Prepare and stage materials for field crews and project deployments Identify opportunities to reduce material costs and improve inventory processes Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed Requirements Experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or field logistics preferred Electrical material experience strongly preferred (conduit, wire, panels, fittings, fixtures, etc.) Familiarity with construction or electrical supply vendors is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Forklift experience is a plus (but not required) Basic knowledge of inventory, purchasing, or ERP software Strong communication skills and ability to work with field personnel Ability to lift, move, and handle construction materials and equipment Valid driver's license required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time stable employment Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Hands-on role supporting active construction projects If you are reliable, organized, and ready to contribute to a growing construction operation, we encourage you to apply.
