In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse distribution, inventory control, and logistics, ensuring seamless flow of materials and products. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse management systems, and foster a safety-first environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and inventory management. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns. Process any returns, refunds, and reshipments. Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain accurate inventory of all operational supplies for the entire warehouse and operations office. Maintain accurate inventory control and provide reports to senior management Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear managerial communication, team leadership, and ongoing training to foster a motivated workforce. Manage Live Streamers Schedules and coverage. Prepare and allocate streamers Live show audience incentives. Coordinate logistics activities to optimize distribution center operations, including scheduling shipments and managing shipping & receiving workflows. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a distribution center environment. Strong background in warehouse distribution, logistics, inventory control, and materials handling. Maintain and Implement company policies, procedures, and team member coaching. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Ensure the cleanliness of the facility and all materials are disposed of in their respective bins and recycling areas. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like lean management or continuous improvement initiatives, and company policies. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations and materials handling. Maintain communications and any requested reports from senior management.
