The Role The Location Manager - Miami Manager owns day-to-day execution and facility readiness at our Los Angeles location. Stacks is committed to bringing this into a full-time role. As part of that transition, you'll be spending a minimum of 9am-5pm in the facility Monday through Friday, giving you consistent hours, meaningful responsibilities, and a clear path for growth within the company. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused. What You'll Do Staff Management

• Manage a team of warehouse operators, drivers and production assistants in the Los Angeles market
• Schedule and coordinate all activities in your market
• Reinforce training standards during day-to-day work and escalate needs for additional support Receiving
• Receive shipments during daily receiving hours
• Barcode and enter storage assignment and placement into our inventory management system
• Follow up on exceptions or irregularities (e.g., missing items, broken items) Delivery Preparation & Coordination
• Prepare deliveries (pull items, run condition checks, label as needed)
• Arrange labor and trucking for upcoming deliveries Inventory Management & Accuracy
• Perform regular inventory audits and maintain warehouse organization
• Ensure all items are stored in their correct assigned sub-locations and all information is entered in our inventory management system Labor & Time Tracking
• Hire, support, and coordinate workers
• Ensure all team members enter time daily
• Review time entries against schedules and accept or reject as appropriate and flag missing or incorrect entries promptly Facility Readiness & Maintenance
• Conduct a weekly facility readiness walkthrough using the predefined checklist
• Maintain cleanliness (trash removal, sweeping, restocking, equipment upkeep)
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of supplies What You Bring
• 3-6+ years of hands-on warehouse, logistics, or operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort working in physical, fast-paced environments
• Ability to coordinate labor, trucking, and daily execution
