Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, organization, and control for dry goods and packaging supplies within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Warehouse manager in various tasks and assignments
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for dry goods and packaging materials
  • Manage and investigate inventory issues reported through internal communication channels (e.g., delivery/operations groups)
  • Oversee lot tracking and expiration management (FIFO) for dry inventory
  • Lead cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies, ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory
  • Coordinate movement of products to assigned warehouse locations and ensure proper storage practices
  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory-related issues
Requirements:
  • Experience in inventory management, preferably in warehouse or food distribution environments
  • Experience with Sage 100 is preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory control processes (FIFO, cycle counting, reconciliation)
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Sage experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay:
$47,839.73 - $57,613.43 per year
