Warehouse Manager Crownable Beverages Naples, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Lift truck Driver's License Materials handling Pallet jack Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic wine distribution and import team as a Warehouse Manager and lead the charge in optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring seamless distribution, and maintaining top-tier inventory control. As a key player in our logistics network, you will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, enhancing efficiency, and supporting our growth initiatives through strategic warehouse management. Duties Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity within the warehouse. Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize distribution channels. Fulfill local deliveries and coordinate with other drivers for long distance deliveries Experience Proven experience in warehouse management Strong background in inventory management, warehouse distribution, and logistics coordination. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes, heavy lifting procedures, and 3PL operations. Clean driving record (Required) Driver's License (Required) US work authorization (Required) Ability to lift 50 lbs without issue. Ability to use a hand truck with 200 lbs of boxes while delivering to customers. Pallet jack experience preferred Wine background preferred
