This role oversees daily warehouse activities, staff development, and cross-functional coordination to support both high-volume exhibit programs and custom builds. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while building a strong, positive team culture and has worked in the trade show or event environment before. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Exhibit Management Oversee staging and preparation of trade show booths, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery Manage preparation and quality control of rental exhibit builds Supervise return inspections, including damage assessment, inventory reconciliation, and refurbishment coordination Lead execution of high-volume small booth programs with efficiency and consistency Maintain warehouse organization, inventory systems, and operational workflows Team Leadership & Culture Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff to meet operational standards Establish clear expectations, workflows, and accountability across the team Build and maintain a strong, positive culture focused on teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching Client Onboarding & Program Support Support onboarding new clients by aligning warehouse processes with program requirements Ensure exhibit readiness aligns with client expectations and show schedules Maintain high standards of presentation and quality control Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Account Management to align on client needs and timelines Coordinate with Creative on build specifications and design execution Work with Sales & Marketing to support new business and program scalability Collaborate with Accounting on inventory tracking, billing accuracy, and asset management Ensure seamless integration of departmental workflows for efficient project delivery Process & Continuous Improvement Identify and implement operational efficiencies across warehouse processes Develop and maintain SOPs for staging, returns, and inventory management Monitor and report on key operational metrics and performance trends Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by performance across the following metrics: Asset Management Turnover Ratio
  • Efficiency of inventory utilization and asset cycling Employee Turnover Ratio
  • Team retention, engagement, and stability Service Revenue (Year-over-Year Growth)
  • Contribution to scalable program execution and revenue growth Gross Margins
  • Operational efficiency and cost control within warehouse functions Error Reporting & Reduction
